This is a view of tower one and two catwalks from the roof. Each catwalk from the central hub to the tower is about 400 feet long and about five and a half feet high. The catwalks keep us out of the mud when we need to get to the tower during the winter and also protect us from angry cows during the summer. You can see them massing by the tower two catwalk waiting for an unwary engineer to fall off. In the meantime they are keeping themselves amused by scratching against the barbed wire attached to the catwalk that is put there to keep them from amusing themselves by scratching against the catwalk.
